The Mirror Method
How a Mirror reading is made.
Most divination products on the market are one of two things: a Sun-sign generator dressed up, or an unverified individual reader you found on Instagram. We are neither. Here is how we work.

The chart is computed.
Your birth date, time, and place go into our BaZi engine — public-domain classical formulas, refined over a thousand years. The engine produces a structured JSON: four pillars, hidden stems, ten gods, five elements, the eight decade-luck cycles, and the year-ahead. No interpretation yet — just the math.

An AI drafts the reading.
A third-party large language model ingests the chart JSON and writes a structured first draft. Every paragraph is anchored to a specific feature of your chart — never free-association. We use AI for what it is good at: language, structure, breadth. We do not let it invent.

A Reader reviews and signs.
A member of our Reader team — assigned by configuration, not by name — reads your chart, reads the AI draft, and revises. They catch the special formations, the conflicting elements, the timing nuances. Nothing leaves with the Mirror signature unless a Reader has approved it.

You receive a signed reading.
A PDF arrives by email; a linen-bound copy arrives in your post within ten days (where applicable). The signature reads "Mirror Studio Reader, signed under the collective." We do not put individual names on the line — your reading is the work of the studio, not of a personality.
Our Readers
A team, not a personality.
Mirror Studio is in its first season. Today every reading is signed by a single seasoned independent practitioner, and we are recruiting more Readers to join the team. Once others come aboard, we will assign by chart — whoever among us has the strongest read on your configuration takes your session.

What we will not do
Three things, on principle.
1 · We do not predict death, fatal illness, or specific medical events.
A chart shows tendencies, not verdicts. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling fear.
2 · We do not name a "lucky number," "lucky color," or "lucky stock."
BaZi is a frame for self-reflection, not a casino. We will tell you which elements your chart needs more of — and let you decide where to find them.
3 · We do not read in real time on TikTok, on a podcast, or in a stadium.
A reading deserves your attention and ours. Live performance flattens it into entertainment.
