1. Who we are
Mirror Studio (“Mirror”, “we”, “our”) operates an online service that delivers Chinese metaphysical readings — BaZi, I Ching, naming counsel, and live video sessions with our Reader team. These Terms govern your use of mirror.studio and any associated apps.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase any reading. Readings about minors require the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Nature of the service
All readings — whether AI-generated, Reader-reviewed, or delivered in a live Counsel session — are offered for personal reflection, cultural appreciation, and entertainment. They are NOT, and should not be relied upon as, medical, psychiatric, legal, tax, or financial advice. See our Disclaimer for the full scope.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret. Notify us at security@mirror.studio of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abusive behavior toward Readers, or violation of these Terms.
5. Purchases & subscriptions
Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled in your dashboard. For refund eligibility, see the Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
Your chart data belongs to you. The Mirror Method, our written interpretations, our chart templates, and our brand belong to Mirror Studio. You may share your own reading freely; you may not republish our Reader-written content as your own.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirror Studio’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon deletion, your readings and chart data are erased within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
