Deep Chart ($28)
Refundable in full if requested within 48 hours of purchase AND before a Reader has started review. After review begins, no refund — but if you are dissatisfied with the delivered chart, write to us at care@mirror.studio within 14 days of delivery and we will offer a re-review by a different Reader, or credit equal to the purchase price.
Naming Counsel ($80)
Same as Deep Chart: 48-hour grace before work begins. Because Naming is bespoke creative work, post-delivery refunds are not available, but we will provide one round of revisions free of charge.
Live Counsel sessions ($200 / $280)
Reschedule or cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Within 48 hours: 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable, but we will offer a 30-minute make-up session within 60 days.
Mirror membership ($24/mo · $240/yr)
Monthly: cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds for unused days. Yearly: full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any included one-time services. After 14 days or any use, no refund — but you keep access through the paid-for year.
How to request
Email care@mirror.studio with your order number. We respond within one business day. Approved refunds are processed by Stripe and appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
