How to request
Two ways:
- In your account: go to "My orders" and tap "Request refund" next to any order. The button is visible for 14 days after purchase, then disappears.
- Or email support@themirror.vip with your order number.
We process approved refunds within 3 business days via Stripe; they typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
After 14 days
The refund button disappears, but we are still here. If something feels wrong about your reading — even much later — write to us. We will look at it. We will not promise a refund outside the 14-day window, but we will often offer a re-review by a different Reader, or credit toward a future order. Talking to us is always free.
Membership specifics
For monthly memberships, the 14-day refund window counts from each renewal date, not the first signup. For yearly, from the original purchase date. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your account.
Abuse
We track refund patterns. Accounts with a pattern of buying-and-refunding repeatedly may be politely declined future orders. The 14-day promise is for honest dissatisfaction, not a free trial.
Why this policy exists
Eastern metaphysics is sensitive territory. People come at vulnerable moments. We would rather lose a sale to a refund than have someone feel trapped by a $38 charge for content they did not connect with. Trust scales further than fine print.
